Life 168 keeps your answers on your own device. It does not create an account, it does not use analytics or advertising, and it does not send your answers to us or to anyone else.
As you use the survey, the app saves what you enter so you can come back to it:
All of the above is stored in your browser's local storage, on the device you are using. It stays on that device. It is not transmitted to a server, and the developer has no way to read it. It remains until you remove it, which you can do at any time with the Start over button, by clearing this site's data in your browser, or by uninstalling the app.

Part 6 has a Copy my plan for AI button. It copies your action plan to your device's clipboard so you can paste it wherever you like. The app does not send it anywhere, and we never see it.
If you choose to paste it into an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, you are sending that text to that company, and their privacy policy and terms apply to it. Your plan can include personal reflections about your health, relationships, work, and finances, so paste only what you are comfortable sharing with that service. Using it is entirely optional, and the survey works exactly the same if you never touch it.
The app uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no third party trackers.
The app includes links to a video on YouTube and, as a backup, an audio file on Google Drive. If you choose to open one of those links, you leave the app and the privacy policy of that service (Google) applies to what happens there. The app does not share your survey answers with those services.
Like most websites, the service that hosts this app may automatically record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, in ordinary server logs used for security and reliability. The app itself does not read this information, does not combine it with your answers, and does not use it to identify you.
The survey is written for a general audience of every age. Because the app collects nothing on any server, it does not knowingly gather personal information from anyone, including children.
You are always in full control. To erase everything, use the Start over button inside the app, clear this site's stored data in your browser settings, or uninstall the app from your device.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date at the top.
